DESCRIPTION
If we think about the city as an operating system, what would the digital interfaces through which we interact with the city look like? This talk walks through a series of experimental prototypes and discusses challenges and design lessons learned through their deployment in urban space. Once each submission has been recorded and sent, the list of reports is refreshed to provide
feedback for the newly added information.
3.6.6 Bus route histories
Data that is being collected by the application is also shown in other configurations. In this feature, users can view a historical ‘profile’ of the behaviour of certain buses. While recent reports can be
useful in the short term, this information was intended to be used for making travel decisions in the
long-term. First, a series of rankings for each bus in Sydney was aggregated under three categories - (1) Fullness (2) Lateness and (3) Bus arrival (or lack thereof).
