Things don't go smoothly, however, as the school mistakenly thinks that

Ben has an extraordinary aptitude for cryptography, he fails the initial

Survival and Combat Skills Assessment, and an assassin tries to kill him--and that's all in his first day!

Spy school turns out to be a lot harder and more dangerous than Ben thought it could be, and he is going to have to be a quick learner because he suddenly becomes involved in a plot

to take down a double agent.
