Kansas City Music Teachers Association:• Multi-Piano Concert
– Destination: Musique– Annual – 2 committee chairs– Repertoire features
music from all around the world
– Want to revolve concert around a global/travel theme
Overview• Objective:
– We will create print and digital media advertising and branding the concert; this includes invitations, brochures, a website, and social media
– We will create a series of 30 second videos to play in between each musical number, acting as intros/transitions
• Target Audience: – Family members of pianists (mostly ages 13-16) – Audience’s average = ages 40-50
• Message:– This concert will take you away on a trip around the world.
• Strategy: – Through the unified imagery of travel in our print, digital, and
video media, we will convey our message.– Our audience will be reached through mature, professional grade
product, but with the underlying reminder that this is all centered around their kids.

• Storyboarding (Sep 22nd) - Done• Filming (Oct 20th) - We're a bit behind. Some of our
footage ended up not working, and some location shoots didn't end up panning out. We have now asked the afternoon class to take on some of the videos, so that we might not fall very far behind.
• Editing (Nov 1st) - Progressing. Now that the afternoon class is editing also, these videos will be done in no time.
• Animating (Nov 8th) - Once the editing is finished, Ms. N and I will put together a template for the videos, which is a regular animated opener customized to each clip. It is fairly easy to do, which is why we hope to have it knocked out in a week.
• Running Tech (Late Nov) - We hope to be able to go down to the Lied Center at some point, so that we may test our videos and make sure that they are performing properly at the venue of the concert.
