LifeFitness is the world leader in the design of fitness equipment. Award winning design and functionality are a hallmark of the LifeFitness’ product line.

The LifeFitness brand - Hammer Strength (Free Weights) launched a national high school football player of the year award in 2008 and I created this concept to recognize the sport of football and the national scope of the campaign. A trophy for each annual recipient was created from the design.

The Business Enrichment Summit is an annual internal marketing conference for sales and marketing staff. The goal of the summit is to develop organizing principles that will define LifeFitness’ marketing culture for years to come.

The logo concept reflects the promise of growth with letters that are built from organic shaped leaves. The design is also created to allow for annually changing color schemes.

This start up children’s customized book company aims to provide a culture of learning and development for children with personalized products.

This logo concept features a dinosaur character that “emerges” through the leaves of a book with an energetic smile to greet the viewer. His scales are freckles and his mane is a bit punk to reflect the hip and fun nature of this alternative children’s product line.

This Chicago area business caters to individuals who want to prevent injuries, maintain health, recover from injury and continue a strong fitness regimen.

My logo concept features a letterform that is transposed into a stretching human figure.

This Chicago area digital marketing firm is built on a rigid and disciplined SEO/SEM focus to online marketing strategies.

My design reflects the physical nature of a “climb” while transposing a graphic mountain figure with a letterform.

The tagline reflects the focus on getting high proirity with search engines.

In 2002 InfoGix launched the software suite Early Warning System. EWS is 6 component softwares designed to protect information in business IT networks. My concept features an infiniti mark that symbolizes the software as a synergetic and flowing one-stop solution.

In 2004 Hubtack launched as an online document resource for the land development industry. Acquiring legal, geographic, zoning documents up until then was done through local government archives. This company organizes principal government resources from all over the country into one place.

My concept finds a design balance from the shape of a “hubtack” transposed as the letterform “T” leveraged into a typographic solution.

In 2003 Andy Olson ventured into starting up a web design business. Ozone represents “O” for “Olson”, “zone” for his area of expertise.

My concept features the chemical element symbol for the ozone. The “O3” mark is both an element symbol and a pyramid shaped construction symbolizing the act of building.

In 2003 I was commissioned to come up with concepts for a web design business in Denver Colorado.

This concept features the cursor of a computer anchoring three abstract letter forms into a “snowflake” motif. The letters “D”, “A” and “C” form the snowflake as a symbol of the rocky mountain region.

In 2006 Ideal Industries launched a sales promotion for their wire connectors product line. My concept features a rugged workman pushing a fistful of wire connectors and a typographic solution that alludes to electric symbols.

SequoiaThis is a speculative logo design for a real estate company in the Chicago area.

The concept features a diverse color palette symbolizing the company’s diverse real estate interests. The graphic symbolizes growth with a ground-eyed view of sequoia trees reaching to the sky.
