East meets West
Merging East with West, CCI has designed a villa which touches on the
client’s middle eastern heritage and International influences on their taste
and design. From the use of traditional Moroccan arches and Mashrabiyas
to a very English inspired timber panelled room, CCI has managed to
merge these two cultures.
The use of soft and fresh colours such as duck egg blue living rooms,
muted soft pastels for the bedrooms, contrasts the Arabic influences in the
Arabic courtyard and the formal entertaining spaces.

EMIRATES HILLS VILLA
Modern and Funky
Merging two villas into one. CCI was asked to create a modern and fun
interior that reflected the multicultural and creatively minded families of
these two houses.
CCI sourced materials locally and internationally some which were cost
affective and others which were not to create a unique and fun Living
space which reflects the personality of its owners.

JUMERIAH ISLAND
Unparalleled Opulence
These villas are part of a 28-million-square-feet master development in
Dubailand. It is aimed at being the most prestigious Golf community in Asia,
with premium branded mansions, villas, townhouses and luxurious apartment
units.
All villas were to have different design themes and CCI was employed to design
the Andalusian themed villas. Since Andalusian design is quite rustic and
traditional, CCI streamlined it to match the luxury that the project is associated
with.
