Novallele Genotyping Assays targeting ALDOB c.360_363delCAAA Aldolase B (Catalog# 40094) exemplify detection of small InDels. The DNA samples tested are isolated from Coreill cell-line DNA (homozygous wild-type (WT)) or are synthetic DNA templates (heterozygous and homozygous variant (HET and HOM)). Research indicates that variations in the ALDOB gene may result in fructose intolerance.
