Andrés Imaging & Graphics is proud to be a strategic graphic partner in the national re-branding of the Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen stores. The 24 month initiative is a name and menu change for 700 + stores from the original "Popeye’s Chicken & Biscuits" to "Popeye’s Louisiana Chicken." Andrés worked closely with corporate to develop a graphic package that reflects the intended New Orleans theme.

1/4" metal rod was bent, welded, and painted in sections, to create a stylized city skyline. The rod was incorporated with the existing Google logo art to create the unique entrance statement.

The Perkins & Will design concept was to create a "TECH STOP", similar in look to the Blue Line on Chicago's CTA maps. This blue line runs through all the interior architectural elements and is perfectly color matched across the LEED certified wall covering, the Lintec glass film, and dimensional icons and lettering.

The Chicago wallcovering image was rendered as original vector art, stylized to recreate the downtown skyline. Photographs were used as reference for each building's particular architectural detail

The wall covering used is Dreamscape Terralon, a LEED credited Type 2 product with a 40% recycled content. The image was printed using UV inks and mounted in 8 vertical panels to a "S" curve wall.

100% optically clear Lintec film was UV printed with translucent inks. The four panel film was printed in full ink coverage, with the blue line connecting the wall covering blue line where the wall terminates.

Custom painted dimensional icons and Sintra letters were color matched to the other blue line elements and pin mounted to the wall.

All graphic materials used were LEED certified to achieve the firm's "green" philosophy.
