Poster ideas dilemma
Central image
The central image of Connor sitting down with Jack having his hand on his shoulders will set the scene and fit with the genre and will also give the direct impression that the narrative fits around these two characters.
The other idea central image of having Jack pulling a chair back for Connor creates a sense of mystery as the audience would want to know what decision Connor in the end.

Text placement
By having the name of the trailer in big bold letters at the top of the page it separates it from the rest of the page making it captivating to the audience.
By having the coming soon lettering at the bottom of the page it doesn’t distract the audience away from the rest of the page and also
I will use the tagline in the middle of the page as that’s the majority of focus point of view for the audience.
Composition
The composition layout that I would like to use here for my poster will be the Z layout or the rule of thirds.
The grid layout is most likely the composition that will be used for my poster as my first idea has a central image of Jack and Connor that can be cut straight down the middle to cause a symmetrical effect.
The third rule layout is also a possible poster idea as its able to tell a vast majority of storylines to my audience when split into parts.
Colour scheme
The main colours that will be used are white and black as my narrative will be focusing around a fight between good and evil so these colours are the most relevant to use.
The use of purple and red will be bright making it eye catching to the audience and these are also usually appealing to both genders.
