KEY ANNOUCMENTSThe Dubai Model for Government Services (DMGS)
The Dubai Model for Government Services Improvement was launched on 11-11-2010 by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council(TEC)
What new in DMGS is the way to diagnose and assess services through a leading model made by Dubai, applied in Dubai, and recognized by specialist international entities. Furthermore, what new in DMGS is the clear roadmap to rollout these practices and tools to all government services in Dubai under the leadership directives. Abdullah Abdul Rahman Al Shibani Secretary General of the
Executive Council
Dubai Executive Council approved the Government Services Pricing Mechanism, a project proposed by ‘Dubai The Model Centre’ to enhance service efficiency based on customer needs. The Mechanism enables government departments to calculate the actual cost of each service based on special KPIs. The ‘Dubai The Model Centre’ team developed and tested the methodology to assess its viability for government departments. Sunday, December 13, 2015
