WEB CRAWLING To analyze the reviews of blackberry z3, we have done web crawling for blackberry z3 reviews from www.flipkart.com. There are 476 reviews (10 per page each page) for blackberry z3 on flipkart. We have taken 100 reviews from the first ten pages which are most helpful. We have considered the ratings attached with those reviews.

TDM and WordCloud To analyze the reviews, we have removed numbers, stop words and punctuations and created the term document matrix to find the frequency of each word in the reviews. After creating the Term Document Matrix, we have created the wordcloud based on TDM. The size of each depends on how many times that word is present in all reviews.

LATENT SEMANTIC ANALYSIS Latent semantic analysis (LSA) is a technique in natural language processing, of analyzing relationships

between a set of documents and the terms they contain by producing a set of concepts related to the documents and terms.

Thereby we can reduce the number of dimensions for a large corpus of words (multiple rows and columns).
