• ID Card (the old and new e-KTP)
• Driving License
• Passport
• KITAS (Limited Stay Permit Card)
• Scanner support:
• Any scanner brand and type (inc. flatbed and automatic feeder/ADF) that support ISIS and TWAIN. To use ADF scanner to scan thick document such as e-KTP or driving license, it’s recommended to use specialize scanner such as Kodak i2000 series

1. Customer came to open an account. The Customer Service Officer (CSO) explained about the products offered by the bank
2. Cust Service (CS) open the core banking web application, asked for the customer’s ID Card and scanned it
Document VerificationIntroduction:1. Electronically categorized, sort and “read/OCR” customer identification
document
2. Recognized data is automatically export to core banking application and Filenet repository
3. Validation rules to “catch” duplicate customer data based on the customer key information such as ID number, name, and birth date

1. While Datacap processing the image, the customer gave the money to the CS and the CS prepared the ATM Card
2. Datacap recognized the data from ID Card and The CS verified the data
1. CS filled in the rest of the data by interviewing the customer
2. CS printed the form
3. Customer signed the printed form 4. Customer signed the account book and ATM card. Account Opening process is done.
