In recent BESS research, only 8 of 250+ young people had considered a career in construction. Most were very aware of the opportunities and variety of roles available

Reaching Generation Z
Generation Z uses their smartphones 15.4 hours per week—more than any other type of device
On average they use 5 screens per day -
92% state they are online daily, with 24% claiming they are online almost constantly
According to a 2015 report by Wildness Consulting, if left with only one device, zero out of 10 Generation Zs would choose to keep their televisions
