1) Mastery is about accepting that you

have a reputation and that your brand is about expertise more than anything. Value learning over money. Independence is not a dirty and can lead you to your mastery. Mastery improves your brand,

2) Humility can be learned from Volunteering or service in your community, which in

itself helps your brand and mastery. That said the right placement is hard to find and there will be hundreds of people to take advantage of your free services. So while humility is a valuable concept we need to learn from the right people.

2) Learning above all is the key to mastery. Learning is your own idea and very personal. Life is always in ‘perpetual

beta’. It can found in the best way you yourself learn. For some learning is doing. That is how they learn. Others learn from books or other people. Whether your experience or theoretical learning is key to moving out of stagnation and preventing it happening in the first place.

4) To learner and be your own adviser we must teach and be a good teacher. This one overlaps with 5) Be a mentor. Mentoring accelerates. Learning

happens when your great teacher yourself.

5) Mentoring improves your Personal Brand and overall reputation. The confidence allows you to advise and lead yourself.

6) Its immature but packaging counts when you bring your business or ideas to the table. All alchemy happens with having more artists in your network. Ask always
