The O’Loughlin Group originally developed a presence and reputation as an executive search firm, known as O’Loughlin Executive Search. Over the past 10 years, our areas of expertise have broadened and the business currently operates across two channels providing recruitment solutions to all levels of business.

Established in 2001, O’Loughlin Executive Search is the executive search and selection arm of The O’Loughlin Group. Our outstanding reputation has been built on the quality and consistency of our service, and has been the foundation of many enduring relationships with clients and candidates alike. In short, our candidates become clients, and our clients become candidates. We selectively represent only the most unique and visionary individuals, those who have driven the development of their industry and turn to us seeking their next worthy and challenging appointment. To ensure we find the ‘best fit’ for our clients we undertake a number of thorough screening processes which look closely at a candidates ability to perform in the client’s environment, whilst also assessing their overall skills, knowledge, experience and key attributes. Our staff are sector specialists and are able to provide comprehensive coverage of many disciplines within banking, law, tourism hospitality & leisure, accounting, mining & engineering, sales & marketing, energy & resources, public relations and human resources. We have developed a significant contracting business in many of these areas, primarily accounting, operations and sales & marketing. Having either worked or recruited within their areas of expertise, our experienced consultants are able to provide valuable advice from the outset of your assignment due to their thorough understanding of the position and knowledge of the market. Importantly, the briefed consultant is fully responsible and directly involved in all aspects of the mandate, ensuring that concise communication, advice and management of the process is safeguarded.

Erina Hammersley – Senior Consultant

Erina joined the team in 2008 with experience in both the New Zealand and Australian market places. Her background lies in the finance and automotive industries, but she has enjoyed diversifying her knowledge of industries by recruiting for a variety of clients in different arenas. She has a particular affinity for the not-for-profit, property, engineering and energy industries and has found great success working in these areas more recently. Erina provides her clients with a full-service in which she recruits for candidates right from junior to executive level. Erina is relationship focussed and believes in getting to know her clients businesses intimately in order to provide a tailored, personal approach to each assignment she works on.
