we are looking for a Senior Tax Officer, responsible for all tax matters of
the company.
Job overview
Job responsibilities
• University degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
• At least 3-5 years work experience in a tax related position
• Strong knowledge of the Romanian Tax legislation and
regulations
• Good knowledge of accounting legislation
• Fluency in English
• Strong IT skills: MS Office, Scala, Hyperion; SAP is an
advantage
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, self motivation
• Self-confident and reliable
• Energetic and dedicated
• Attention to details, capacity to meet tight deadlines
• Able to see ‘the big picture’

• Prepares the tax returns for all Romanian entities of the
Group and arranges the payment of all taxes as and when
due
• Prepares the reconciliation of tax accounts
• Manages tax queries and fiscal control of tax authorities
• Prepares the tax documents related to FAS schedules - the
deferred tax calculation in particular
• Reviews contracts and provides in-house advice on all tax
matters of the Group
• Follows up the changes of national tax and accounting
regulations and applies the changes if necessary
• Maintains adequate transfer pricing documentation to
meet the statutory requirements
• Is involved in the preparation of the reporting package on
US-GAAP and IFRS tax matters
