Education:

Bemidji State Univerity1992 – Graduated with B.A. History Degree.

PERSONAL INTEREST:

Luthier: I am a amateur Luthier. The history and manufacture of stringed instruments has always fascinated me. I have maintained and restored several guitars, mandolins, banjos, violins over the years. My goal is to build historically accurate instruments and design new, hopefully pleasant sounding instruments from local materials. Producing a instrument that makes noise is easy. Making one that makes music is a bit more difficult. As with all things Quality, the devil is in the details.
