Interpreted and applied, as a subject matter expert, my knowledge of commercial lease language to the lease accountants’ methods and processes, in addition to taking on various accounting projects and work overflow;

Created standard lease entry and billing process training guides and implemented a training process;

Trained and coached accountants on lease interpretation and accounting procedures, in small groups and one-on-one;

Reconciled both simple and complex tenant accounts; Set up or corrected setup of leases in MRI; Calculated and posted billing and account corrections; and Interpreted and clarified lease language application conflicts;
