production company, we are looking for a Procurement Specialist who
will be carrying out the procurement and contracting for CAPEX
investment projects.
Job overview
Job responsibilities
• University degree
• Minim 3 years experience in technical procurement
• Knowledge of industrial automation, pneumatics,
mechanics, hydraulics is a plus
• Problem solving orientation
• Good command of written & spoken English
• Microsoft Office package
• Attention to details & accuracy
• Demonstrates analytical and problem solving skills
• Team worker, proactive and results oriented
• Willing to commute to Lehliu premises, the employer
ensures the transportation from / to Bucharest
• Ensure best overall value in the procurement of various
goods and services
• Work across the organization to ensure the application of
purchasing / procurement standards
• Supervise and operate with the procurement systems,
assure data integrity and the maintenance of the
appropriate documentation
• Lead different sourcing projects
• Perform contract management (ensure that contractual
terms are met, including service level respect, ensure
contract renewal etc.)
• Perform supplier management
• Deliver savings commitments
