Objective

Consolidates a set of objectives and

policies, new and existing, to maximize

Sailor and Marine personal readiness

Divided into five areas: readiness, safety,

physical fitness, inclusion, and continuum

of service

Remarks in the Navy Standard Integrated

Personnel System (NSIPS)

Page 13s must be signed by the CO, the

member, and the CFL

Validating Page 13s

Once all signatures are on the form, the

CC will validate it in NSIPS

A copy of the page 13 must be

electronically uploaded to the member’s

electronic service record

Page 12: Physical readiness and fitness program by awvcs lyon

Removing Page 13s

If page 13 was uploaded to NSIPS in

error, the CC may delete the page 13, as

long as it is not validated

If validated, official correspondence is

required to remove page 13 from

electronic service record via PERS-31

PFA and Promotion

PFA results are incorporated into the

promotion process

Every member is responsible to ensure

they participate in a semi-annual PFA
