Two letters of recommendation from references that speak to academic qualifications and potential
A letter of support from a current or past employer that documents your ability to conduct practitioner research (may
also serve as one letter of recommendation)
Scholarly writing sample—doctoral applicants are required to submit a scholarly writing sample evidencing their research and
writing skills.
