ORGANIZATION LADDER FOR SAP CAREER IN IT COMPANIES FOR FRESH GRADUATES

SAP is a Software Service Oriented Job for SAP Consultants & SAP Professionals. It’s a big Ocean.

This is the Organization Ladder for SAP Career.


SAP Career Paths - Entry Level Roles starts from Fresh Graduates/Post Graduates – Technical

Module and Functional Modules. This chart relates to SAP Professional roles starting from

Entry level role (Fresh Graduates). Intermediate Levels are for SAP Experienced

Professionals ranging from 3 years to 5/8years.


Note: This is recommended only for Fresh Graduates without Experience.


CONCEPT OF SAP IMPLEMENTATION FLOW BETWEEN SAP CUSTOMER AND SAP PARTNER

I have prepared this by taking one real world example of SAP Customer (BEML Ltd) and SAP Partner

(Siemens Information Systems Pvt. Ltd).

This is the Reality of SAP World comprising SAP Customer, SAP Partner and their team of SAP

Consultants. So far nobody has tried to show this kind of flow between SAP Customer and Partner. I

have done it for Fresh Graduates to have a better understanding of SAP Customer and Partner

involved in SAP Implementation.

gaining SAP Project experience and also there is a chance of becoming SAP Consultant @ SAP

Customer. I have prepared this by keeping one real example of SAP Customer – BEML Limited. There

are chances of getting certified in SAP respective module if your SAP Customer makes sponsorship for

training & certification.

Job Search. You need to tell SAP Recruitment Hiring team that you are Certified Candidate of So and

So SAP Center. Example “I’m SAP Certified Candidate of Source One Management Services Pvt. Ltd.

SAP Official website under Training and Education – Certification.

Your personal certification logo allows you to represent your skills and talent to the outside world.

Use it proudly to show your commitment to quality service and excellence. Please note that only

authorized users can use or display a personal certification logo, after achieving valid certification

at the corresponding level. These logos will be available soon.


SAP GLOBAL CERTIFICATION SCORE CARD FORMAT

After getting certified in SAP, You need to make a score card to depict your overall

performance in SAP Certification exam – Associate level.



REAL FACT OF SAP JOBS

Many SAP Customers have completed SAP R/3 4.6C / 4.7 / ECC6.0 Implementations and they have

also upgraded their SAP Systems to Business Suite Version EHP 1...EHP 4/5. SAP Customers if they

are willing to replace their SAP Systems with New Version of SAP Business Suite - ERP 6.0 EHP 5/6

then there will be chance for Certified Fresher’s of these two versions i.e. ERP6.0 EHP5/6.. One SAP

Customer - Trident Limited -Textile Industry had joined hands with Accenture - Global Service

Partner for replacing their SAP R/3 version with new version ERP 6.0 EHP6 Implementation.

IMPORTANCE OF SAP CERTIFICATION IN CASE OF FRESH GRADUATES

SAP Certification is a must in case of Fresh Graduates to get entry in to SAP Project Roles either in

SAP Customer, SAP Partner, SAP Consulting Partner (Global). SAP Certification is like a ticket to work

under SAP Senior Consultants. If Fresh Graduates are certified in SAP they will surely get entry into

SAP Project roles and Grow in SAP Career - SAP Project and finally it will lead them to achieve their

dream successfully.
