For 19 years, Ms. Spraetz has counseled over 800 millennials (whom she prefers to call game-changers) through her college and career counseling practice in Atlanta in the areas of college admissions, career exploration, and career planning. As an avid proponent of lifelong learning, she believes each of us has the ability to create the life we want when we are rich in self-knowledge.
Her career counseling process involves personality, career interests, values, and aptitude assessments, feedback and exploration of results, discovering strengths, determining career paths and culture fit. She coaches clients on “getting unstuck” by developing action plans that includes job search strategies, creating consistent brands, developing resumes and cover letters that get attention, and preparing for interviews.

Sherry Heyl is an Award-winning Digital Marketing Strategist and Business Coach. As a business owner Sherry has interviewed hundreds of Millennials as well as hired, managed, and partnered with Millennials. She is also the mom of a Millennial. Sherry recognizes the unique challenges they face as well as the incredible insights they have to offer.
Sherry began her career in the dynamic, fast-paced field of IT Recruiting. Over there past 2 decades, she has continued to consult with individuals on resume writing and interviewing skills that make a job candidate stand out. Based on that experience Sherry authored a comprehensive Job Search Strategies Guide. She continues to consult with individuals and organizations on how to adapt to the culture and technological changes in the workforce. Sherry has also worked with freelancers and entrepreneurs on how to create profitable business models and leverage their personal brand for success.
