Manpower Telge Jobbstart in Sweden
• Initially, participants selected by Södertälje municipality, spent 18
months studying Swedish culture and society, and receiving
assistance finding work
• More than 60% eventually moved from welfare into jobs
• 700 refugees and immigrants have found work since the start in 2010
• The program is now expanding to other Swedish towns and will
integrate ManpowerGroup training aimed at helping the long-term
unemployed
