How to track FR-PTS Quota Expirations

Step 1: Log in to Fleet RIDE and then click on the “Sailors” tab on the top of the screen and then click on

the “PTS Application Browser”.

Scroll down and select

Step 2: In the “Status” window, click on the magnifying glass and then a window will pop up. Scroll

down until you see “Approved”. Click on “Approved” and then click on the “Select” button below.

Click this option to

start “Step 2”.

Step 3: In the “PTS Application Browser” there are windows to select “From Month:”, “From Year:”, and

“To Month” and “To Year”. Use the Fleet RIDE-PTS Approval/Expiration Matrix” to get the 13-month

expiration timeline that you’re looking for. For example: February 2010 quotas will expire

31 March 2011.
