RESULTSEfficiency of coaching on individual level:

• 96 % organisations – good improvement of personal efficiency

• 92 % - impact on efficiency of leaders and management

• Participants: “very efficient” or “extremly efficient” achieved of 73 of all goals

• Owners of the companies: “very efficient” or “extremly efficient” achieved 54 % goals, 85 % goals were achieved “efficient”.

• Development of three main competencies: (a) leadership competencies (82%), (b) building of team spirit (41%), and (c) development of employees (36 %)
