ROOM 4B463 WASHINGTON, DC 20350-1200

March 7, 2014

All, Applications for the Navy’s Advanced Visual Journalism Training Program at Syracuse University are being accepted through March 14. The Navy’s Syracuse program is an incredible learning experience for our active duty MCs. There are two courses of study: Photojournalism and Motion Media. If you want to dive deeper into our craft, improve your visual communication skills, and learn from some of the best in the industry, this program is for you. We are looking for candidates that have the desire and motivation to expand their craft knowledge and improve their photography and videography skills to become even better visual storytellers. If this is something you are interested in pursuing, please review NAVADMIN 028/14, inform your chain of command, and contact Mr. Jeff Elliott ([email protected]) for assistance on applying. It is not too late to apply for this year’s program -- even if you haven't started your submission package. Think about this opportunity. If obtaining this advanced education and increasing your craft skills appeals to you, contact Mr. Elliott today. We look forward to hearing from you.
