Chronological vs Functional vs Hybrid
Chronological Resume: List jobs/accomplishments in reverse chronological order (most recent first). Most common format
Functional Resume: List Skills first, then jobs best for applicants who are
changing industries, don’t have an extensive work history, or have a long employment gap (unemployment, going back to school, etc.).
Hybrid Resume: List prominent skills first, followed by job history in reverse chronological order.
Different industries may support different formats – use your judgment!
