CTC of candidate Fee (% of annual CTC)
• Professionals 5 lacs CTC to less than or equal to 15 lacs CTC
12.5% of annual CTC
• Professionals from more than 15 lacs CTC to less than or equal to 25lacs
16.7% of annual CTC
• Professionals from more than 25lacs CTC to less than or equal to 50lacs
21% of annual CTC
• Professionals with more than 50lacs CTC 25% of annual CTC
Professional fee Structure – General Hiring
In addition to above, service tax at the applicable rate shall be payable on the Total Billed amount.
[ CTC comprises of the basic salary, HRA, DA, conveyance allowance, all other fixed allowances, Residence/mobile phone reimbursement, LTA, medical, gratuity, PF. CTC may exclude incentive part.]
