An extremely successful and international insurance business are looking for an experienced

Business Analyst who can create vision from chaos.

As the business grows, they need a Business Analyst to join an exciting major transformation

programme. The Business Analyst needs to drive the transformation and establish the

business needs in a challenging and rewarding high growth environment.

This fantastic company need a Business Analyst who has experience working with a

transformation project and trading systems.

Experience:

- Experience of a successful delivery of a trading system - Experience of working within a transformation project/programme - Great documentation skills are of the upmost importance - You need to have good technical knowledge and technology understanding - Must have experience with complex systems for large companies - Strong requirements gathering skills - Exceptional analysis methods - You need to be experience with workflow implementations and business processes - Be able to run workshops with a great coaching style - Must be experienced building business cases and managing requirements - Background with a high growth company is very beneficial - Experience within the Insurance sector is advantageous
