Worked as a web developer (ASP). Worked with government clients from BSNL to Rural
development authority. Worked mostly on ASP & SQL server driven websites.
Techdex Solutions Worked as a web developer cum flash developer for my
longer span with the company. Worked with clients from freelance sites, thus learned the
tricks of trade pretty early. Scripted using various technology variants from ASP, PHP to
Flash & Javascript.

Capsilon corp Worked as a Technology Lead for Flex (UI) team. Re-
created the entire product UI in less than a year to go-live.
Worked in the core team of the CEO to understand business and implement the UI designs. My inputs were well taken by the CEO and business analysts.
Mentor fresh batch of 5 product engineers to develop the product in Agile environment.
Played a SCRUM Master role for the team and successfully ran the team in SCRUM. Furthermore continued the agile management approach till date.

Worked in various capacities from individual contributor to delivery lead managing multiple projects.
Working with Capgemini, I worked with various key clients including MorganStanley, FSA, HSBC and Citigroup.
Won Tech Guru award in 2010 Tech Fiesta for my contributions in technology. I led the RIA mentorship program to groom talent.
Created the RIA community there and organized various events Went client side to work as a bridge between Technical team and business
managers. Was a key player in deriving UX in many award winning projects. Was one of the core member of MorganStanley Matrix platform. Managed a large team of 15-20 associates spread around various
geographic locations. Represented Capgemini in many community events.

Working as a CTO (RIA business) and looking after their UI business unit PlanetRIA. I am running the show in the capacity of CEO and am responsible for all the operations in PlanetRIA.
Built the framework of an UI organisation and took all strategic decisions to make this venture successful.
Recruitment, Marketing and Sales are prime focus area. Initially managed delivery, now more focused in Client
Engagement and opportunity mining. Being a technology guy, I managed to pull accounts easily by
blogs and social promotions. I play a major role in technology feasibility analysis and proposals.
