30-second Checklist: Preparing for the Field

Remove all punctuation from the bullet points. They aren't sentences so they don't need periods or commasPlease add this text as well. It helps to make it more clear what the slideshow is about.

We need one additional slide here that will serve as an abstract. Take a look at our other slideshows and youll see what I mean. Theres always a slide that introduces the topic and uses an edited version of the opening paragraph from the article.

Here's the text to use:

I'm not sure about the red shadow. Can I see what it would look like without the shadow, and then another version with less distance between the shadow and the text?I think you might need to shift the syringe a little more to the left as there's a bit too much negative space, compared with the other slides.

Should be:

"Ensure your travel documents are valid, and keep duplicates in numerous locations.Keep emergency cash in local currency

The space between "3" and the headline text looks smaller than other slides.Let's make the language consistent so that each bullet point starts with an action word:

Think about comfort and safety

Take familiar items that could help you acclimate to your new environment

Think about added sanitary considerations if you're a female relief worker

Make sure your clothes will not offend the cultural sensibilities of local people
