To Whom It May Concern:
I am happy to recommend Vesna Katie as a skilled and reliable professional. Tosucceed in my business, I rely on technically skilled forward thinking individuals, whocan perform well with others in a quickly changing business environment. The people onwhom I rely must be willing to take increasing levels of responsibility, be focused onresults and possess initiative. During her work with my firm in the summer of 2002, Ms.Katie proved that she has these characteristics as well as impressive abilities as aninterpreter.
Her interpretation skills were proved by her ability to not only convey the content, butalso the feeling of the messages that we wanted expressed. Additionally, Vesna wasable to quickly learn the unique vocabulary of our business and adapted confidently to avariety of audiences and situations.
Vesna particularly stands out for her initiative. When she saw that a task needed to becompleted she eagerly took responsibility to make sure it was done. When colleaguesneeded assistance, Vesna was always the first in line to offer help. It is that type ofinitiative that is helping our business succeed.
I would be enthusiastic to have Vesna on my team again and am confident that anyfuture project or job that she takes on will be approached with the same maturity, intelligence and sense of urgency that she supplied to my firm.

Re: Letter of recommendation for Mrs. Vcsna Katie
LS,
During the period of December 2000 till March 2003, Vesna Katie was working asproject assisuini for a Dutch PSO project, as local project team coordinator I wasworking closely with her and direct responsible for her activities.
During this period Mrs Katie was working as an interpreter and assistant and T canstate that she was of great value for the project and me. Her English skills in writingand speaking are cf a high level and T appreciated especially the adequate and fastsimultaneous translating- Even though the matter of the discussions was strange forher as it was very specific, she mastered the terms fast aod was able to translatefluently. Her open character proved to support the easy way of"communication at alllevels of meetings and made her pleasant to work with. Not only as interpreter she was very helpful, she also was of great help in organizingseminars and meetings.
T can very highly recommend Mrs. Katie as interpreter or in any other function as Icame to know her as an opcnand professional employee.

To Whom It May Concern:
Miss Vesna Katie acted as my interpreter when I served as an International ElectionsSupervisor with the Organization of Security and Co-operation in Europe during the municipalelections held in the Republika Srpska September 13-14. She was a skilled interpreter and willing towork long hours and to help out in areas other than interpretation. She showed initiative andintelligence and was able to get on well with all of those with whom she came in contact. I was verylucky to have had her help during the elections. I can recommend her services unreservedly to anyfuture employer.
I have had experience working abroad, having spent thirty-four years in the CanadianForeign Service with two appointments as Ambassador (Argentina and Saudi Arabia) and have been anobserver to eighteen elections abroad since my retirement. I would have been pleased to have hiredMiss Katie as a locally engaged employee at a Canadian Embassy abroad or to have been able to secureher services at other elections to which I have been an observer.
I would be pleased to confirm the contents of this letter to anyone who might wish to getin touch with me by telephone, fax or E-mail.
