Change Orders

Any change orders are to be in writing and signed by the client. This helps eliminate confusion


Punch List Policy

As a project nears completion our clients are given a final punch list to complete. This allows any concerns to be addressed before project completion.


Warranties

All materials are covered by 100% manufacturers warranty.

All work will be performed in a workman like manner and guaranteed for 1 year from substantial completion.


Lien Release

Upon completion of your project and final payment, you will be given a signed release of lien form.


You are in Control

We use what we call the client price control system.

Our system allows you our client to control the final price of their project.

You will be given an allowance for materials that is often times high to allow for a great variety of selection. This also allows our clients to bring cost down by price shopping.
