Our Investors are Global, seeking Global Investment Opportunities and are basically Sector Agnostic as well as Asset Class Agnostic in terms of Investments. These investors are global and are :

General Requirements

A. Equity Investments: They would look at seasoned companies with established tracks, Global presence, good history of executions, able and experienced managements, no startups and VC’s. They would plan their exit through a strategic buyout or an IPO; would look to stay between 3 and 6 yrs and may vary with the type of Investor and the sector.

They would prefer a minority or a majority stake as the project may be. They could come in at a Company level, Project/SPV level. Generally, they would prefer stakes from 2% to 49% and would vary depending on the project at hand, sector and many other factors. They would not believe in major management



control and would look at smooth functioning and achieving pre-determined goals of exits.

They would be looking at giving Growth Capital based on legible valuations. They would assist the company to expand out of their geographical locations and reach Globally. They would also look at companies looking to go in for IPO’s in a short span of 5 yrs.

Some Sovereign investors would also like to co-invest with existing globally recognized investors over a minimum of $50 Million USD.

B. Fund Level Investments : Our Investors in this category would look to invest only in Hallmark funds with a legacy with huge tracks, notable existence, highly experienced managements, a stable history of returns.

C. Debt :



Top companies with decades of history, delivered projects, minimum $200 Million USD.

We would also consider other Quasi Models.

Minimum and Max Ceilings:

They would participate in transactions of a minimum of $ 5 Million USD (for funds), others $15 Million USD with no upper ceiling. Some would start at $50 Million USD, some would start at $300 Million USD with no upper ceilings.

The deals and projects we are currently seeking, although all deals with the before mentioned criteria can be processed:



1.Into Equity, All sectors except real estate, globally minimum investment size into equity, $15 Million USD with maximum no ceiling. The investor would take a minority stake. Preferred sectors are Media and Entertainment, Mortgage Companies, Food and Beverage, Aircraft Maintenance Companies, Mechanical Companies and similar.

2.Into Equity, Globally (Except India), minimum investment of $100 Million USD, Renewable Energy Projects, offshore assets, platforms, Oil & Gas, related.

3.Into Equity, Renewable Energy Projects, specifically Solar, Investment above $10 Million USD. Looking for acquisition of operational Solar Projects upto 100% participation.

4.Into Equity, Real Estate, established developer, legacy presence, delivered projects, notable



name. Participation from $8 Million USD onwards. Will participate at company/SPV level.

5.Into Funds, Hallmark Funds, Legacy Funds, Stable returns, previous history of closed funds, etc. Minimum $ 5 Million USD and Upwards. All kinds of Funds.

6.Into Debt, Top companies with decades of history, delivered projects, minimum $200 Million USD.

How we would operate :We would entertain only highly committed entities who would be serious in pursuing



projects with us. We normally would not charge any upfront retainers and expect a high level of commitment from our prospective clients.

We would only seek a teaser to start with, upon interest from our investors, we would take the next steps ahead.

We would entertain only direct promoters approaching us or the next to Direct Promoters. No brokers and chains would be entertained.
