What's new

Since the January 2012 WFP has attained the SSAIB accreditation, what this

means for customers is that we are now third party approved for intruder

systems as well as Fire systems and can connect to Police response and are

approved by insurance companies.

Maintenance

Proper maintenance on fire alarm systems and intruder systems can save

customers money, there are laid down procedures for maintaining systems

which we follow and the main aim is to ensure that

1. The system is working as it should

2. There are no reasons for potential faults

3. There are fewer opportunities for false or un-wanted alarms

Key customer policies

We offer system training to our clients when we service their alarm

We offer free technical help for the customer to use

For adjusting their system

For solving a problem - like resetting a break glass

We save the customer money by not attending unless they really need us

Business opportunities

We are looking to find sites where we can offer a wide ranging maintenance

package for all of their systems, for example when we send one engineer he

can attend to multiple systems and the client only has one number to call

when they have issues with systems - saving money and time.

Thank you for your time

Any questions?..
