Ver-1 Objective: CIR module
CIR stands for claim investigation report .
There are always risks involved in transit of consignments . This risk is covered by
either transporter or owner by InTransit insurance policy .
Risks may be due to damage ,due to perishability of consignment , non delivery ,
Shortage , leakage or pilferage .
This claim amount is entered in the CIR entry form .
Once this form is filled it needs to be approved by the concerned authorities. They
can either approve the claim or reject it or lower the amount of the claim .
If it is approved then the payment is made else there is no payment .

Cir cannot be approved in the same day of it generation . So for example purpose I am taking CIR which was created yesterday for approval .
