It is comment for small hospitality business to be short capital. New owners often find that
actual costs are much higher, even if they have the allocated funds to marketing. Therefore the
use of strategies that reduce the cost of marketing can mean d the difference between
surviving and dying.
Sometimes, a small business owners cannot call upon a specialist external marketing support
without having to pay costly fees. So the more they can use the skills of in house employees,
the less work they need to out source, and the more cost effective the marketing becomes. The
image that you can do without marketing altogether is not true.
