UNICEF is one of the world’s largest humanitarian organisations that works to defend and uphold the rights of children, provide care and support to children in distress, and attend to children’s needs.UNICEF stands for the beliefthat all children have rights, and that we have a responsibility to ensure these rights are defended. All children are equal and need our support and care. We have a special duty to the world’s poorest and most vulnerable children. Now more than ever, UNICEF Ireland needs to fundraise in the community to save vulnerable children worldwide supported by UNICEF programmes.
