TRAFFIC CREATIVE MANAGEMENT
Traffic Creative management is an New York base agency specialized in
activities like fashion illustration, photography, art direction, copywriting,
and branding services. The artists are the heart and pride of our agency.
Our Team includes independent art directors, copywriters, web designers,
social media specialists, advertising.
We started our services from 1996 with offices on Spring Street and a vision
to the future. As we established as the first agency representing independent
art directors, copywriters, many of the individual components to a traditional
agency team, this quickly proved itself to be the zeitgeist of the time. A year
later, our first illustrator, Izak Zenou, joined the agency for representation
and brought an unexpected addition to what is today, a signification roster of
talented illustrators. In 2010 long-time friend, mentor and associate, Majka
Lamprecht, closed her eponymous photography agency, Lamprecht-Bennett,
and joined Traffic to spearhead a photography division.

BOTANICAL ILLUSTRATION
Botanical illustration is the art of depicting the form, color, and
details of plant species, frequently in water color paintings.
These are often printed with a botanical description in book,
magazines, and other media. The creation of these requires an
understanding of plant morphology and access to specimens
and references. They are often composed in consultation with a
scientific author.

TYPOGRAPHY ILLUSTRATION
Typography is the art and technique of arranging type to make written
language most appealing to learning and recognition. The arrangement of type
involves selecting typefaces, point size, line length, line-spacing (leading),
letter-spacing (tracking), and adjusting the space within letters pairs
(kerning). Type design is a closely related craft, sometimes considered part of
typography; most typographers do not design typefaces, and some type
designers do not consider themselves typographers. In modern times,
typography has been put in film, television and online broadcasts to add
emotion to communication.
STILL LIFE ILLUSTRATION A still life is a work of art depicting mostly inanimate subject matter,
typically commonplace objects which may be either natural (food, flowers,
dead animals, plants, rocks, or shells) or man-made (drinking glasses, books,
vases, jewelry, coins, pipes, and so on). With origins in the Middle Ages and
Ancient Graeco-Roman art, still-life painting emerged as a distinct genre and
professional specialization in Western painting by the late 16th century, and
has remained significant since then.
Still-life paintings often adorn the interior of ancient Egyptian tombs. It was
believed that food objects and other items depicted there would, in the
afterlife, become real and available for use by the deceased. Ancient Greek
vase paintings also demonstrate great skill in depicting everyday objects and
animals. Peiraikos is mentioned by Pliny the Elder as a panel painter of
"low" subjects, such as survive in mosaic versions and provincial wall-
paintings at Pompeii: "barbers' shops, cobblers' stalls, asses, eatables and
similar subjects".
