Title Resources Guaranty Company, acquired by TRG in 2006, is the nation’s 5th largest title underwriter and has been working successfully with independent title agents since 1984.

TRGC has consistently achieved the highest financial ratings in the industry; our financial strength has surpassed our competition. At TRGC, we meet FNMA financial requirements which mandate all loans be insured by a title insurance company with one ormore ratings from one of the five major rating agencies. Title Resources Guaranty Company ( TRGC ) was created in 1983 and chartered in Texas in March of 1984. Through the years, TRGC has continued to grow and expand and in January of 2006 was acquired by Title Resource Group, LLC ("TRG"). TRGC has benefited significantly by joining with TRG, who has title operations currently licensed in 43 states. Title Resources itself is licensed in 19 of those states and is actively applying for licensing in additional states.

We want to assure them that their needs are top priority to each Title Resources team member, and those needswill be met professionally and in a timely manner.

Scott McCall, CEO Scott joined TRG in 2009 and is the Chief Executive Officer of Title Resource Guaranty Company (TRGC). In this capacity, he is responsible for identifying and prioritizing expansion opportunities for TRGC across the United States. In addition to this role Scott workswith our Senior Leadership Team across business channels to bring lender, builder and other third party business to TRG and its affiliates.
