The Thermo-S nano insulation coating significantly outperforms the thermal conductivity and heat transfer properties of the known conventional insulation materials and therefore its use provides a professional and innovative solution for a wide range of situations.

The EMI conducted Bacteria and Fungi inquiry on the Thermo-S product in accordance with EN ISO 846:1999 standard.

 The mold resistance test results show that the Thermo-S insulating coating material may not be attacked by fungi and do not contain usable nutrients for fungi. The Thermo-S thermal insulation coating is therefore classified as fungi resistant.

In the carried out bacterial resistance tests it was found that the Thermo-S thermal insulation coating does not contain usable nutrients for bacteria. The Thermo-S insulating coating is therefore classified as resistant to bacteria.

Thermo-S advantages over the competition:

The product is made in the European Union (CE)

The product meets A2-s1, d0 fire classification (Euroclass) in case of an 1 mm layer. This rating is unique in this thickness.

Above 1 mm layer thickness the fire classification is C2-s1,d0. The competing products do not meet this rating.

Due to greater percentage by weight ratio of ceramic spheres the insulation properties of the Thermo-S product family is better than the measured values of the competing products.

Even in case of relatively small orders we’re able to produce the product specifically for the customer’s needs.

The products labeled as Press are manufactured using high resistance ceramic balls and are able to withstand up to 300 bar.

Due to to the high resistance to pressure the Press product line can be applied by airless technology.

The airless spray techology significantly reduces the work time.

The shortened spraying workflow leads to significant savings compared to conventional coating technology.

With airless technology it is possible to coat 1000-1500 m2 per day, after an appropriate surface preparation.

Significant inventory, flexible delivery from stock at short notice.

Our products have a specific gravity of about 50% less than major competitors.

Using the product will not cause significant increase in structural load.

Thermo-S product family

Thermo-S Basic – Primer for walls:

A primer specifically developed for Mahlmart products. Its usage increases the surface adhesion and forms a durable bond between the layers. Suitable for exterior and interior use.

Thermo-S Eco – Interior insulation:

The binding material makes it ideal for the thermal insulation of indoor walls and interior metal surfaces. Due to its consistency it can be widely used and it has excellent adhesion. Areas of use: Thermal insulation of interior walls, interior insulation of thermal bridges; on concrete, gypsum, precast concrete panels and lime, cement or gypsum based plasters. Also ideal for the insulation of interior metal surfaces, heating and cooling systems, tanks, pipes and fittings.

Thermo-S Uni, UniPress – Indoor surfaces:

Due to its material structure and ingredients it is primarily for indoor use. We recommend it for thermal insulation of indoor wall surfaces. Areas of use: thermal insulation of interior walls, interior insulation of thermal bridges; on concrete, gypsum, precast concrete panels and lime, cement or gypsum based plasters. It can be applied to wood and wood based materials.

Thermo-S Front, FrontPress – Outdoor surfaces:

The composition of materials and the binder makes it ideal for outdoor use. We recommend it for thermal insulation of outdoor wall surfaces. Areas of use: thermal insulation of exterior walls, exterior insulation of thermal bridges, flat roof insulation (bitumen sheets), facade insulation of historic buildings; on concrete, gypsum, precast concrete panels and lime, cement or gypsum based plasters. It can be applied to wood and wood based materials.

Application:

Paint brush, paint roller, iron filler, standard spray equipment, spray plastering machine and airless paint equipment. Pressure: from 10 to 300 bar.
