A good leader always have a firm stand with his view not because he is always right but he has the courage to be proved wrong.

A great leader is a good listener. He actually spends more time to listen to others. Bragging is nothing but a mask for insecurity. A true leader are quiet and unassuming. They already know what they think; they want to know what you think.

A confident leader is a good motivator. He never sucks out the light from his teammates. He stands back and let other shine as well. He has a clear idea about his achievements and can recognize and acknowledge others contribution.

A good leader can ask help anytime. He knows well about his limitations and has the courage to accept it. So he never thinks twice to take aid from others which makes him humble and easy to reach.

A confident and good leader is proactive in action. He never stays back and wait for miracle. He has the attitude of “Why not Me?” He can connect with different people very easily can act quickly and hence make decisions spontaneously.

Generally speaking, the people who like to gossip, who like to speak badly of others, do so because they hope by comparison to make themselves look better.The only comparison a truly confident leader makes is to the person s/he was yesterday – and to the person s/he hopes to someday become

A great leader never regrets about his decisions. He doesn’t mind occasionally being in a situation where he isn't at his best. (And oddly enough, people tend to respect you more when you do – not less.)

A good leader never blames others for his blunders. That’s why truly confident leader admit their mistakes. They dine out on their screw-ups. They don’t mind serving as a cautionary tale.

A true leader trusts his team/followers and shows respect to the team as well. That’s make him great and strong enough to undertake hurdles. His team is his all muscle. Showing trust on each other makes him more successful.
