compliance on time and in full.

• “No cost/low cost “ ad hoc energy projects - £75,000 / yr savings.

• Steam distribution redesign & closure of boiler house - £180k/yr savings.

• Changes to development programme future building designs.

• Could put in larger team unless larger team put in place.

• Could be more focused on only energy management activities.

• Can’t know everything, so may still need some consultancy. • Though other in house personnel may be able to help.

• Your going to need good people skills!

• Your going to need a lot of patience and tenacity!
