DESCRIPTION

Following the lean methodology we worked for three days on a specific problem. We identified the pain that several companies has in recruiting developers, we explored all the assumptions related and we proposed several solutions. After 4 iteration we ended up proposing a platform to test developer skills matching them with company needs Here is the final presentation for the whole process
