4. The main idea is to design rucksacks and bags as the
costumers likes. If the costumer has his/her own favourite cloth or
an old t-shirt we can also sew his/her own personal bag-pack or bag
of it. It's cheaper to take one of our ready designed templates

5. APPROACHAPPROACH If the costumer decides to design a product
he can make his own design or he can choose one of our designs It's
a good present as you can design it with your own names/ pictures/
slogan. All students are potential costumers as these bags are very
trendy The costs per bag is moderate, between 8 and 17 Euros and
depends on costumers demands

7. PRODUCTIONPRODUCTION We want to buy the plain bags and
rucksacks locally as we dont want them to be produced under bad
working conditions. We will use the regular textile spray and we
will also need some patterns for spraying the bags.
8. LocationLocation We will create an activity group at school
with volunteers to help us with our project. This is good because
we have employees who support us with our idea. More over the
school provides us the production facilities.

are interested in fashion are potential costumers. A lso those who
want to show individuality and don't want to dress like all the
others do. Maybe companies are interested, too as they can print
their logo or slogan and use it as give away for their
costumers.

12. THE MARKETING IDEATHE MARKETING IDEA Our marketing idea is
to use our social networks for the promotion of our products. e.g.
: Promoting via facebook/twitter/instagram Promoting at
school/sport events Put up posters in schools .
13. SALESSALES First we start to sell our products in school.
(e.g. school-events/bazaars) Later on we can think about building
an online shop in order to reach a bigger audience.
