The Technical assistance department of Genero J Genero has as one of its services the delivering of
project plans, business plans, and financial logistics to home based and multi-nationals. Our
resource management consultants and project management team are greatly versed with business
development and investment projects.
We prepare and write projects related to your organizations activity, and also outsource investment
and funding sources of an identified project as well as we do help with looking for developmental
banks that are interested.
Sometimes, some financial institutions as well as banks make calls on special type of projects and
we seize the opportunity and prepare project proposals based on such announced calls and tenders.
It may be a call from a Local Credit Union right up to international institutions – World Bank,
African Development Bank, inter-developmental banks or even the United Nations.

our client is in our database on either of the specified structured fields, when there are calls, such a
client will get a new letter from us. In that case, we use our newsletters as a means to inform our
customers on calls, tenders, new innovations and investment directions as well as changing
regulations.
OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS (NEGOTIABLE)
As at the moment, an initial non refundable annual registration fee is paid to our consultancy.
We charge a commission for our consultation services which at the moment stands at a negotiable
fee of 5 – 12%, as it all depends on the project value, complexity and time. But when it comes to
big projects, the sum is not dependence on a percentage ratio. Rather, a lump sum is calculated
based on the complexity of the project.
Concerning business plans/project proposals, we charge 1-5% of the total project value that is first
paid (amount from the % negotiated for the project management consultancy to cover part of the
cost for writing the plan/proposal), and then a % is agreed on after the success (success fee) and the
rest of the sum (bigger share) is divided over the length for the project implementation.
NB: The amount charged for consultancy does not go to reduce the project value, but it is included
in the project calculations as cost for project management consultancy in the item of expenditure
when writing the project proposal/business plan. This therefore means, the amount for project
management consultancy will also be financed as well, and as such, you the client will definitely
get back the first amount paid when the project eventually gets financed.
The cost for project management consultancy needs to be identified and flow in the business
plan/project proposal to make it feasible. Projects that show that highly qualified experts/specialists
are behind them increase their value of success in the evaluation for funding.
Dear Client, even during our one to one talks, you will notice our assessments already. We analyze
your organization’s documents for test use. And if we further on, then for mutual trust and
protection of your confidential of records, you definitely will first send us a Non-Disclosure
Agreement (NDA), and we will send it back to you before you can send us required documents.
On our part, if we finally decide to work together, then you will be expected to sign a non
circumvention agreement which will give us that confidence that you will maintain and perform
your role as a faithful and trusted client.
From then, after the NDA and Non Circumvention Agreement has been signed and exchanged, the
following documents can be scanned and sent from your part.
1. Concrete project: Given Article of Association – scanned copy (with a clear description of what
the organization is doing)
2. A current Patent/tax document for the fiscal year (where applicable)
3. A Tax payer’s card (where applicable too)
4. A document showing the state of technology of employees.
5. Given analysis of current products and their capacity
6. Given expenditure of the project
7. Calculation given markets and volume and prices
8. Analysis given (current product and new project)
9. Calculation given (markets volume and princes)
10. A document showing present analysis and future analysis (current and new project)
11. Scanned copies of FINANCIAL RECORDS/AUDIT REPORTS, (cash flow and balance sheets
for last one or two years and current situation estimated financial flow for the project.
The above are the normal basic documents that are needed for analysis and the Genero team shall
use the said documents to determine performance index and sustainability a project as well as an
overview of its profit/loss account.
(Meanwhile, if you decide to work with us after the analysis Additional Documents may be
required depending on the funding institution) In that case, once we engage, I will need an email
which carries the domain name of your organization.
In some cases, we shall be representing you infront funders as a Communication and
Fundraising Advisor to your organization.
This should definitely be for a given period where we can always renew based on
performances.
