We are proud to offer a first‐class experience that features over thirty spectacular rides for the entire family to enjoy. With cooperation from local charities and media, The Sand Trap Country Club will facilitate this presentation providing a grand spectacle in promoting the message of good will and the well being of society. The Sand Trap Country Club is hosting a celebrity weekend‐long event at their nationally known and top‐rated golf course and country club in order to raise awareness for local charities. With the last event held on Sunday, the client will present a public function that promotes inspiration for donating to organizations in the community of Orlando. Central Florida is a prime location for a diverse abundance of charities ranging from cancer, disability, health, and homelessness to animals, arts & culture, children, education, sports and human rights. To illustrate the importance and value that charities have on our community, ponder the statistics. During 2008, even in midst of recession, total giving was still more than $300 billion, 75% of this coming from individuals, while public benefit charities gave an estimated $23.9 billion dollars alone.
Team Victory is founded on the basis of helping others create a unique experience that will foster amusement, enjoyment and family fun while establishing a connection to the community and encouraging a teamwork ethic. Our goal is to develop an event called “The Sand Trap Country Club Fair” featuring rides, food and games for the entire family, each element presented by an identified local organization that allows participants to donate before playing. Ultimately, we will conquer an entertaining yet positive venture that brings about unity between residents, club members, and professionals alike in collective effort in giving back.
o Participants enjoy amusement rides and games in a fun environment
o Achieve an informational outlook on involvement with and identifying
local charities
o Sand Trap establishes a reputation of loyalty, fun, and recreation for past, present and future Club members

The Celebrity Weekend is the biggest event of the year for Sand Trap, and the Carnival is the most family oriented event of the weekend, thus the most popular. Based on last year’s attendance rates of over 3,000 documented attendees, we estimate that this same amount will frequent the carnival throughout the day’s festivities.
