COMMENT FIELDS

• There are two comment fields per competency not just one. One field is for general comments the other for coaching and development suggestions.

• The content of the second field populates a Performance Optimization Plan report. This report can be filtered by location, business unit, job title or individual.

Other systems support a single rating scale. Different rating scales provide more accurate and precise feedback per competency.

Other systems provide a single field in the template. Our system provides up to 3 header fields and 5 footer fields.

FORCED COMMENTS FEATURE• Activating forced comments feature in system settings ensures headers

and footers are completed. Comments are compiled into filterable reports.
