What do we want to build on ?

• What do we do well (in sales, marketing, operations, management)

• What are our core competencies

• What differentiates us from our competitors

• Why do our customers buy from us?

Weaknesses refer to any limitations your company faces in

developing or implementing a strategy.

What do we need to shore up?

• Where do we lack resources

• What can we do better?

• Where are we losing money?

• In what areas do our competitors have an edge?

Opportunities are situations that exist but must be acted on if the business

is to benefit from them.
