The SuiteMed software provides several meth-ods for patient data input. From electronic forms, patient kiosks or an internet based pa-tient portal, the Suite-Med system offers medical offices with the technology to maximize front office flow.

SuiteMed provides user-friendly scheduling which can utilize the patient portal for appointment request communication, as well as a secretary-based or call center approach.

Creating an appointment within SuiteMed is as easy as double-clicking on the preferred time slot, selecting the patient and applying a reason for the visit, if desired. A patient’s entire chart from billing to clinical can be accessed by simply right-mouse clicking. The SuiteMed schedule was developed around a multi-provider, multi- office capacity.

SuiteMed has several cross-checking features to assist in maintaining accurate patient demo-graphic information. This system has an address-verification tool as well as a visual cue to confirm patient information upon check-in. SuiteMed also incorporates user-defined mandatory fields, which require specific patient information to be entered before initiating the creation of a virtual chart.

SuiteMed provides users with the capability to request and process elig-ibility from the schedule or the patient check-in screen. The system utilizes an integrated eligibility process with ENS, an Ingenix company, for individual queries or a batch format.

Zero navigation for manual entry of charges

SuiteMed offers your group the ability to use a customized electronic fee ticket as well as an Evaluation & Management tool for suggesting office visit codes. We also have billing macros, which can be utilized to save time and redundant line-item entry. SuiteMed offers batch scrubbing for all insurance payors - both paper and electronic - on the same screen. You can fix errors from one screen as SuiteMed’s smart logic takes the user directly to places where information may be missing. As stated before, SuiteMed allows the practice to set up customized rules/guidelines for warnings or required claim elements. Users also have the capability to print/send batch claims, put claims on hold, edit claims, and print or send HCFA/UB92/UBO4 forms from one screen!

SuiteMed is currently building an application for claim capture for PDA’s. The system can also be interfaced with hospital systems by building a bridge or tunnel for capturing patient demo-graphics, a face sheet and super bill.
